Educational Qualification:-

Bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science from a recognized University / Institute. 

Minimum Experience: 

Five years’ service as Assistant Librarian in Library Automation and Administration at a recognized Institution in the Pay Level 6 as per 7 CPC (OR grade pay of Rs.4,200 as per 6 CPC) OR equivalent.

Age:

Not exceeding 35 years, as on the last date of application 

Desirable: 

A. M. Phil / Ph. D in Library Science / Information Science and Documentation. 

B. Computer: Degree / Diploma / Knowledge.
